Chinese Emigration.

Regulations referred to in Paragraph 1 of Section VIII respecting
Chinese Passenger Ships.
I. No Ship shall clear out or proceed to Sea unless the Master thereof shall No Ship to de- have received from an Emigration Officer a Copy of these Regulations and a part without

II. The following Conditions as to the Accommodation of Passengers shall Accommodation be observed to the Satisfaction of the Emigration Officer :-
